Chatting in English with a general AI bot is fun, but there is rarely a plan: it does not track what you learned or what you are forgetting. Langtik ties AI to a lesson, so every message is a step chosen for your level.
What the AI does
It corrects the English sentence you write at the end of each lesson and gives one short tip. In Plus speaking tasks it transcribes your voice message, shows the corrected version with a short tip.
What the AI does not do
Langtik is not an open-ended chatbot: it does not chat about anything or do homework. Lesson content comes from a curated vocabulary catalogue; AI only assesses what you write and say.
Words are not random
Words come from a catalogue levelled from A1 to C2, chosen by your level and interests. Each one arrives with its meaning and an example sentence, and you learn the most common meaning first.
Save words from WhatsApp too
Send an English word to Langtik on WhatsApp and it shows the meaning and an example; you can then save it to your notebook, and it joins your reviews.
How is this different from using ChatGPT on WhatsApp?
A general chatbot answers whatever you ask. Langtik sends you 3 new words chosen for your level on each lesson day, asks you about them again later and corrects your sentence. You do not have to drive the conversation; the plan lives in Langtik.
Can I chat freely with it in English?
There is no free chat. Speaking practice on Plus uses guided tasks: you pick a topic, get one task, answer with a voice message and receive a correction.
Can the AI make mistakes?
Yes, AI feedback is not always perfect. That is why lesson content comes from a curated catalogue and AI only assesses your own sentence. Details are in the AI usage disclosure.
